On Friday and Saturday, BIS hosted CAFA Cross Country at Karagach Park for the 7 schools from Almaty, Astana, Tashkent and Bishkek. 190 runners participated 10 different vents in two age categories, separated by gender, except in the relay. All schools enjoyed the event and all went home with some medals. Six of the seven schools won team awards. BIS cross country teams did very well, with 2nd place Team Trophies in U19 Girls, U15 Girls, U19 Boys, 3rd place Team Trophy for U15 Boys, and 2nd place in the U19 Relay.
